the official language is English.
There will be no simultaneous translation.
VENUE
the Course will be held at the Congress Center of FIERA, Via dell'Oreficeria, 36100 Vicenza (Italy), on June 8-11, 2010.
REGISTRATION
the deadline for registration is May 14th, 2010.
The registration fee is 900 Euro (€ 750 + iva) and includes: congress kit, proceedings, attendance to scientific sessions.
Registration after May 14th or on-site registration will be subject to space availability and the registration fee will be 990 Euro (€ 825 + iva).

3. ON SITE - only by CASH
All Course participants are required to personally check in at the appropriate registration desk.
The registration desk is open during the following timeframe:
Tuesday 8 June 11.00 - 19.00
Wednesday 9 June 7.30 - 18.30
Thursday 10 June 8.00 - 18.00
Friday 11 June 8.00 - 13.30
REFUND
Within May 14th half of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be made after May 14th.

INDUSTRY EXHIBITION
The Course will host on Industry Exhibition including the latest technology, equipment, pharmaceutical products and literature.

The exhibition will be open during all Course long.
TRANSPORTATION
Vicenza is a small city with no airport. However, several daily connections are available from Milano, Venice, Verona and Rome.
Venice and Verona airports are located 45 minutes from Vicenza.
During the course, shuttle buses will be provided to/from selected hotels.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
The course secretariat will not organize hotel accommodation for delegates. A complete list of hotels is available with instructions for direct reservation.
CLIMATE
During June weather in Vicenza is generally mild and sunny with occasional showers.
The average temperature is 28°C max and 18°C min.
ECM
The course will be incorporated in the Continuous Medical Education program and will be given CME credits by the Italian Ministry of Health.
To obtain the ECM credits the Italian attendace must partecipate in all of the Scientific Sessions.
UEMS
The course will be incorporated in the Continuous Medical Education program and will be given CME credits by the European Comunity Ministry of Health. |
